In Qihe Ancient Brewing Town, the brewer Su Baicheng is using traditional craftsmanship to make vinegar. “Compared with our traditional craft of vinegar making,modern industrial vinegar has higher yield with a shorter fermentation period,but I feel it lost its original taste. Our vinegar has the authentic flavor with real authentic ingredient in it.” Su Baicheng says.
在齐河古酿小镇,酿造师苏柏成正在用传统工艺手工酿醋。“对比我们的传统工艺制醋来说,虽然现代化工业制醋产量更高、 发酵时间更短,但我认为这失去了醋的原汁原味。我们酿制的醋是原汁原味、真材实料的好东西。”苏柏成说道。
